Josh Crosby is an ultra-endurance athlete, World Champion Ironman competitor,
critically acclaimed trainer and fitness instructor from Los Angeles and the creator
of Indo-Row®.

He is a 3rd generation rower and was a Gold Medalist at the 1992 Jr. World Rowing
Championships. He rowed on the Brown University Rowing Team, helping to bring
his crews to two National Championship titles. He led the U.S. National Lightweight Team to 5th place at the World Rowing Championships and was chosen by the 1996
Olympic Selection Team and U.S. National Team where he competed until 1999.

Josh finished 1st place in the Los Angeles Triathlon in 2004 and 2nd place in 2005;
in addition, he was selected to compete as a member of Team Revo in the Raid
X-treme World Championships in 2007, a 7-day adventure race covering 650 miles.

Josh has been featured in ads for Nike, New Balance, Asics and Adidas, and he has
provided his expert insight as a guest trainer on The Today Show, CNN, Outdoor
Life Network, Fox News and Fit TV. Josh serves on the G Series Fit Team, a group
of select fitness professionals representing and consulting Gatorade. Crosby has
coached celebrities, athletes and fitness enthusiasts and is renowned for his ability
to lead people beyond their perceived limitations.


Jay Blahnik is recognized as one of the premier fitness educators, trainers and
instructors in the industry, and has taught sold-out classes and seminars in over
30 countries across the globe. He is known for his results-oriented, simplified
training approach.

Jay was chosen as one of the Top 5 instructors in the world by Shape Magazine and
Men’s Health listed him as having one of the Top 10 workouts of all time. He has been
selected as the International Instructor of the Year by IDEA and canfitpro, the two largest associations of fitness professionals in the world. Jay was also chosen as one of the IDEA’s 12 Fitness Icons and Innovators, and he was the youngest person to receive this recognition.

He has appeared in over 30 award-winning videos and developed some of the most
successful health club programs and products in history. He has been the fitness
expert in hundreds of magazines, newspapers and on television, and consults for
some of the biggest exercise, sport and fitness companies in the world, including
Nike, Gatorade, Nautilus, Bowflex, Schwinn, BOSU and Stairmaster. He is also a lead
member of the Gatorade G Series Fit Team and is an advisor for Equinox Fitness
